How to access the BCOS environment?

Learn how to access your BCOS environment and get an overview of the computing resources available to your account.

Login to the environment

   Binario Cloud Operating System is the Binario Cloud operating system responsible for controlling the resources of a cloud environment.

   In the following posts, we will present testing techniques in the Binario Cloud operating system, as well as the creation and configuration of resources available in the tool.

   To access the environment, click in the following link https://console.binario.cloud, enter the domain, username, and password you provided, then click Connect:

   Note: It is recommended to use Mozilla Firefox browser for a better browsing experience in the environment.

Example:

• Domain: Enter your domain (provided by Binario Cloud).
• User Name: Enter your username (provided by Binario Cloud).
• Password: Enter your provided password (provided by Binario Cloud).

Environment Overview

  Once you have logged in you will be redirected to the overview screen, where you will find account consumption information, as well as the limits of your computing resources:

The panel above shows the maximum resource capacity your account has. Features we can view include:

  • Number of Instances: Numbers of active virtual machines.

  • VCPUS: Number of vCPUs created.

  • RAM: Amount of RAM in use.

  • Floating IPs: Numbers of allocated floating IPs.

  • Security groups: Security groups in the project.

  • Volumes: Number of volumes created.

  • Volume Storage: Space used by project resources.
